the instructions for cooking are on the image. just a couple of things to mention. you have to get very creative at the height of the haricot season. they are delicious and so many of them are given to you by lovely kind neighbours! artichoke hearts are lovely and cheap in tins and jars so are pal hearts. white beans and green beans i jars or tins are delicious and very versatile. I use loads of cream when I am cooking in France. it comes in little cartons and you can get low fat cream which isn’t as heavy and greasy as the full fat cream.
