The writing on this image is a little small and light and hard to read. but all that needs to be said it that the figs should have their tops cut off,  half  a thin slice of goats cheese popped on the top of the bottom half and then the top half replaces. stand them all upright in an oven proof dish and put a little water to cover the bottom of the dish. They only need to be cooked, uncovered, for about 7 -10 minutes. They are fantastic.
