Baked soft cheese with olives and aneth

Soft cheeses  melt inside their skins and mix beautifully with the  baked olives, carrots and dill. It works well with Almond oil. I found it really hard to get hold of dill in France during the  summer. not sure why, but I will grow my own next year. Don’t forget to cover this with tin foil as you cook it.
